Tan Yan Yong

Yy embarked on his legal career with Messrs Zul Rafique & Partners, where he was exposed to a multitude of areas in legal practice. During his tenure there, with a particular focus on corporate finance, he was involved in several high-profile mergers and acquisitions and initial public offering exercises.
Afterwards, Yy moved to Messrs Ranjit Singh & Yeoh (RSY), a reputable boutique litigation firm, where he gained extensive experience in commercial practice, defamation, land disputes, and judicial review proceedings.
There, Yy has been able to develop a strong skill set and valuable perspective on legal issues and disputes. He has a proven track record of successfully representing clients in filing and defending Mareva and Anton Piller Injunctions and has assisted in defending numerous high-profile cases.
In addition to his legal practice, Yy also served as a joint management body committee member of a prestigious condominium in Klang Valley, and is known for giving talks on public forums.
Iris Tan

Iris specialises in commercial and corporate disputes, construction disputes and advisory, fraud and asset recovery, and insolvency litigation.
Prior to founding Yy Tan & Co with Yy, Iris was a senior associate in Messrs. Gananathan Loh, a boutique law firm based in Kuala Lumpur with a specialised expertise in construction and commercial disputes. Her work focuses on complex commercial disputes, fraud and asset recovery, insolvency, construction claims and advisory.
Beyond the courtroom, Iris volunteers in Pertubuhan Komuniti Harap Kuantan, Pahang, a non-governmental organisation (NGO) in her local community. She is currently a programme director of a reading programme for underprivileged and/or undocumented children.
Jian En

Jian En holds a Bachelor of Laws with Second Class Honours, First Division from Queen’s University Belfast, an MBA from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, and an LL.M. with Distinction from the University of Law. Admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in November 2021 and as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in January 2023, his academic and professional credentials reflect dedication to the legal field.
Jian En embarked on his legal career with Yeow & Salleh, where he showcased his strong conveyancing skills. He played a pivotal role in sub-sale transactions for both landed and non-landed properties, managing mixed developments exceeding RM150 million. His proficiency extends to various conveyancing matters, including Perfection of Transfer and Charge, Discharge of Charge, Deed of Receipt and Reassignment, Application of Consent, Lease, and Tenancy. Additionally, he gained valuable legal experience during an internship at AirAsia Com Travel Sdn Bhd, focusing on contract review and drafting, and as a Legal Counsel at IQI Global, handling real estate disputes and complaints.
In addition to his legal prowess, Jian En is a Lions Club International member, having served as president of the Lions Club of Kuala Lumpur Central from July 2020 to June 2021, exemplifying his commitment to community service and leadership.

Jenica is a highly experienced and skilled professional with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of conveyancing. She has a deep understanding of conveyancing law and procedures. She is able to work independently as well as part of a team to ensure that all property transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently.
